Logistics & Tracking
Shipping will be conducted by our logistics partners such as FedEx and Canada Post.
We will share tracking information after you successfully place an order.
Dispatch Times
We will initiate the shipment as soon as we receive your confirmation, and all shipments will leave within 2 business days.
Shipping Costs & Offers
Your shipping cost will be calculated with the order confirmation. If you order above $100, you are eligible for free shipping in Ontario (except for remote locations).
Remote Locations
Free shipping may not apply to certain areas. These are considered remote locations:
- Locations far from major shipping hubs.
- Locations that are rarely served by our shipping partners.
- Canada Post "Air Stage" locations that receive mail via airlift at certain times of the year.
