Eligibility for Returns

Items shipped from Buyenclosures.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with the following exceptions:

Return Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

Products missing the serial number or UPC.
Products with special shipping restrictions imposed by Transport Canada.
Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Return Process

Items should be returned using a trackable shipping method. You must share the tracking information with Buyenclosures.com to ensure your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Data and Personal Items

You are fully responsible for any data breach that may occur if you fail to remove and eliminate all personal data pertaining to you and/or any third party. You must remove any item not pertaining to the returned product from both the product itself and the box it is being returned in.
